I bought a beautiful Zoa frag a few days ago and brought it home. It has yet to open. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve tried having it at the bottom and and the mid section. Any suggestions? IMG_5216.JPG IMG_5217.JPG

Light and flow..... Have you checked your lights with a par meter to see what is going on ? Also move to different flow areas....more and less.

No I have moved it twice so far. Tried 3 different levels and flow placements. I haven’t used a par meter.

Well...par is the next step....besides water parameters. The club has one for club members. If you want to use it...p.m. me.

I’m just confused Dave. I have a Bubble Tip Anenome. Frags of GSP, pulsing Xenia, monti, hammer coral, and Kenya tree. All of them except the zoa are doing phenomenal. They are all opened up and beautiful. A couple have already grown it’s literally the only thing in my tank that I can’t even get to open. I may just need to borrow the club parmeter.

That zoa never opened. However, about 8 inches away this showed up. I’m really confused. IMG_5264.JPG
