    Can anyone tell me what these white little words are? They just showed up in my tank. They have been on the live rock and only come out when it’s dark. They are really fast too. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    Those look like amphipod or the good kind of isopod.

    Definitely not worms. I think they are more likely copepods or amphipods. These guys are a good thing to have as fish find them tasty and they clean up detritus for you.
