my unit was functioning without issue for about a month, then I noticed that every couple of minutes, the gauge shots down from 80sh to 50 or something, let’s out a little noise, then goes right back up to 80.
It’s as if there is a periodic loss of pressure for a second. The TDS out is also now reading at 2. Have made maybe 80 gallons of RODI, plus about 6-8 weeks of auto top off (75 gallon tank with around 15 gallons in sump not accounting for displacement from rock, skimmer, etc)
Anyone experience this or have any ideas?

It sounds like your house water pressure is fluctuating. Maybe a toilet flush, washer filling or dish washer. Possibly even a surge from a neighbor's water use.... Could also be your supply issue as to why your T.D.S. has gone up. You can get a screw on water pressure guage at home depot for not much that will show your supply pressure.
