    Could be a small anemone. Try and get a better picture if you can.

    Looks like a "majano" anemone. If it is...its a pest ! Google it.

    I have found a good way to kill those and aptasia is with a small syringe full of boiling hot water. They melt and it stops them from releasing the spores that lets them spread. And its kinda fun too !
